Healthcare Staffing Consultant

Position Overview:
- Accountable for conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and making hiring recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Builds a diverse candidate pool through various sourcing strategies, including job postings, recruitment events, and innovative outreach.
- Identifies qualified candidates through resume evaluation, interviews, background checks, and collaboration with department leaders.
- With authorization from the Compensation team, negotiates initial salary offers ensuring compliance with compensation policies.
- Conducts monthly orientation sessions for new hires.
- Oversees recruitment advertising expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgetary limits.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards in the recruitment process and addresses potential compliance concerns promptly.
- Engages in the execution of employee initiatives and events organized by the Human Resources Department.
- Acts as a point of contact for managers and staff regarding human resources policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- A minimum of three years of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, database management, and online research.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.
