Customary Days: Monday - Friday. Varies to include weekends as business requires.

Purpose of Position:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to become a part of our team.

This position is essential in identifying, attracting, and securing high-quality talent while facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for all new hires. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication abilities, a sharp eye for talent, and a commitment to providing an outstanding candidate and employee experience. The Recruiter plays a crucial role in executing new initiatives and policies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, evaluate, and interview candidates through various recruiting channels including job boards, career fairs, social media, and networking events.
  • Partner with hiring managers to comprehend staffing requirements and devise strategies to attract a diverse range of candidates.
  • Establish strong connections with educational institutions, community organizations, and diversity-focused professional networks to position our organization as an inclusive employer of choice.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment and employment cycle from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Regularly assess the orientation program to ensure its effectiveness, stay updated on best practices in diversity recruitment, and suggest improvements for continuous enhancement.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to new hires during their initial integration period.
  • Act as the primary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Maintain our commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring professionalism, transparency, and respect at every stage.
  • Keep accurate and current records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding HR records and I9s. Conduct regular audits of files.
  • Administer HRIS to ensure data accuracy and currency at all times. Monitor and update employment changes, relocations, and transfers using HRIS.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to keep job descriptions current as roles evolve.
  • Address workplace issues effectively and promptly to eliminate barriers to successful job performance and promote a positive work environment.
  • Provide guidance and information to managers and employees regarding company policies, procedures, and HR legal compliance.
  • Respond promptly to HR inquiries from managers and employees.
  • Work with the HR Team to enhance the employee experience, including engagement and value proposition.
  • Develop, update, and document company policies to ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations and HR best practices.
  • Assist and support the HR team with relevant tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience: The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience as a recruiter, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates across various roles and levels.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Professional certification in Human Resources is preferred.

  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Language Skills:


Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently. Bilingual, Spanish speaking proficiency required.
