Position Summary

As a key member of our team, you will play an indispensable role in leading project work streams, utilizing Huron approaches, methodologies, and tools to implement impactful and innovative solutions to address our clients' business challenges. You will collaborate with client staff and leadership, manage junior Huron staff, and work in symphony to achieve a common objective: create and implement sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and utilize workplans to effectively prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks with a high sense of urgency across one or more workstreams.
  2. Apply critical thinking skills in both data collection and complex analysis to identify data gaps and risks, develop sound conclusions, and create implementable and sustainable recommendations for improvement.
  3. Utilize professional and polished written and verbal communication skills to effectively summarize information and present findings and recommendations to internal and client leadership.
  4. Collaborate with project team members and client stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions to complex business problems.
  5. Provide direct supervisory experience, including coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree required.
  2. Willingness and ability to travel every week (Monday-Thursday with occasional onsite Fridays) and work extended hours as needed.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  4. 3 to 5 years relevant project implementation or process improvement experience in a team-based environment, preferably within healthcare or consulting.
  5. Preferred experience in a matrixed organization.
  6. US Work Authorization.
Compensation

The estimated base salary range for this job is $100,000 - $130,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $112,000 - $153,400.
