Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team in identifying client needs and challenges, driving initiatives to resolve issues and achieve objectives within set timelines.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of consulting experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the healthcare sector, particularly on the payer side.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex datasets and deliver actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent project and process management skills; adept at balancing and prioritizing competing responsibilities.
  • High levels of self-motivation, accountability, and the ability to inspire others.
  • Exceptional judgment and leadership capabilities.
  • Creative and innovative thinking.
  • Adaptability to diverse cultural environments.
  • Experience in direct client interactions, including potential travel to client locations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in AArete's other focus areas: Healthcare Providers, Financial Services, Education, Retail & Consumer, Transportation, Logistics, Distribution, Public Sector, and Technology & Professional Services.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Flexibility to work from our Chicago office as needed.
