Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator to lead our new center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully opening and managing surgery centers, with a strong preference for experience in cardiology and vascular procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, development, and opening of the new surgery center.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as accreditation requirements.
  • Develop operational policies and procedures to promote efficiency and patient safety.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to establish protocols for cardiology and vascular procedures.
  • Implement quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an ASC Administrator, particularly in opening new centers.
  • Strong knowledge of cardiology and vascular procedures.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with state regulations and accreditation standards in Pennsylvania.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with a company match.
