Job Description

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team at AELL, where you will play a vital role in supporting the administration of our childcare center.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Provide administrative support to the Director and Assistant Director, ensuring the smooth operation of the center.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including enrollment, staff, and child files.
  • Coordinate tours, answer phones, respond to emails, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to state licensing regulations and policy compliance.
  • Offer exceptional customer service to prospective and enrolled families, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of (years) experience working in a licensed childcare facility is necessary.
  • At least (years) of experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Energetic, flexible, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this position.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital for effective collaboration with staff and families.
  • CPR and First Aid certification are preferred but not required.
  • A successful background check is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
