Job Title: Administrative Support Professional for Early Learning Center

Overview:

As an Administrative Support Professional for the Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC), you will play a vital role in ensuring the accessibility of services through responsive and flexible support.

Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for ELRC administration, handling inquiries and escalating concerns to the management team as needed.
* Develop and maintain systems for effective communication with the Provider Services Team, Family Services Team, and Quality Team, ensuring timely and accurate responses to provider and family outreach.
* Maintain internal filing systems, adhering to established naming and filing conventions for essential ELRC functions.
* Regularly update PELICAN and required ELRC data collection systems with accurate family and/or provider contact information.
* Collaborate with the ELRC Director to procure and replenish essential equipment and technology for staff members.
* Order and organize office supplies, ensuring reconciliation and efficient use of resources.
* Assist ELRC teams with daily tasks and provide administrative support as requested.

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Post-secondary training in business and office practices preferred.
* Two to three years of experience working in an office setting, or any equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum,
