Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all food service operations are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and that risks are identified and mitigated.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in food service management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results. Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Certifications: Concessions Manager Certificate from the National Association of Concessionaires, and nationally recognized, advanced food service sanitation training course certification.
