Assistant Food and Beverage Operations Manager

As a key member of the food and beverage team, the Assistant Food and Beverage Operations Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary services. This role is responsible for assisting in the management of daily food and beverage operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the management of food and beverage operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining quality control.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service, responding to guest complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the food and beverage team to develop and implement new menu items, promotions, and events.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including sales reports, inventory reports, and labor reports.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and quality control.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
