What You'll DoAs an Operations Manager at Haus, you will play a critical role in driving program management and operational excellence across the Customer Success team and with our cross-functional partners in science. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying automation and efficiency improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive these initiatives to completion
- Developing and maintaining documentation around CS operations to ensure it remains up-to-date and accurate
- Establishing processes and playbooks to improve and scale CS operations, ensuring standardization across the team
- Leading program management between Customer Success and our internal Science/Data Operations team
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Customer Success, or Project Management
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and within deadlines
- Demonstrated track record in an early-stage company or highly ambiguous environment
- Understanding of paid marketing and/or analytics (a plus)
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Scrappy and resourceful, with a willingness to fill any gaps necessary to keep our customers happy
