Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team as a Territory Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including mechanical contractors, engineers, and building/project owners
  • Provide product training and support to customers, including tool demos and training on proper installation techniques
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to ensure effective sales strategies
  • Collaborate with regional sales managers and other Victaulic representatives to achieve sales goals and maximize customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Engineering or technical degree desirable
  • Previous sales experience selling value-added products/services, preferably in the commercial construction industry or PVF industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to be resourceful, and creative thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of self-motivation and self-drive
