Senior Director of Strategic Sales and Business Development

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as the VP of Customer Acquisition. With a proven track record of success in driving business growth and leading high-performing sales teams, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals
- Building and managing a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure individual and team success
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders
- Maintaining accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics tracking
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience managing complex enterprise consultative sales processes, including multi-threading, procurement, and long sales cycles
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and develop talent
- Strong understanding of the strategic enterprise segment and ability to articulate the value proposition of EliseAI's solutions
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $250,000 base + $200,000 annual commission target. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision premiums covered at 100%, fully paid parental leave, commuter benefits, 401k benefits, monthly fitness stipend, and unlimited vacation and paid holidays.
