About the Opportunity
  We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as the VP of Customer Acquisition. With a proven track record of success in driving business growth and leading high-performing sales teams, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  
  1. Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals
  2. Building and managing a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure individual and team success
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  4. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders
  5. Maintaining accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics tracking

Qualifications
  
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience managing complex enterprise consultative sales processes, including multi-threading, procurement, and long sales cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and develop talent
  • Strong understanding of the strategic enterprise segment and ability to articulate the value proposition of EliseAI's solutions

Salary and Benefits
  The estimated salary for this role is $250,000 base + $200,000 annual commission target. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision premiums covered at 100%, fully paid parental leave, commuter benefits, 401k benefits, monthly fitness stipend, and unlimited vacation and paid holidays.
