We are seeking a Programmatic Advertising Solutions Specialist to join our team in North America. As a trusted partner and ally, we connect leading experience makers with the world's largest brands to ensure a quality experience for consumers.

About the Role

The Programmatic Advertising Solutions Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that Index exceeds our clients' expectations by providing an excellent level of service. This includes using knowledge and understanding of Index's offering to position complex, innovative, real-time media trading solutions as simple, accessible, and easy to understand.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in an account management capacity within the programmatic advertising industry. They will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and polish. Additionally, they will have a strong work ethic and creative mindset, willing to go the extra mile to meet client needs and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with strategic customers throughout the account lifecycle, including onboarding, account planning, scaling, and optimization
  • Drive outcomes across your book of business by monitoring and analyzing key performance trends, identifying and unlocking new opportunities based on these insights
