DIRECTV CRM seeks a highly skilled Digital Systems Lead to join our team and provide organization-wide technical services for digital ad systems setup, testing, and support services. The successful candidate will be accountable for the quality assurance associated with setting up digital supply and demand implementations.

Key Responsibilities
Directly responsible for the successful implementation and adoption of new technologies and integrations through formal testing procedures and hands on adjustment/implementation of requested AdServer changes and integrated platforms. Additionally, the candidate will design data driven, digital advertising solutions based on client goals, priorities, and needs within existing systems infrastructure. The candidate will also serve as subject matter expert in programmatic ad tech - header bidding, SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges, ad networks, agency trading desks, and viewability/fraud providers.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor of Arts or Science degree, preferred, and 3+ years of experience working in AdTech or related businesses. You should have a solid understanding and experience with programmatic ad tech - header bidding, SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges, ad networks, agency trading desks, and measurement/viewability providers. A proven track record of troubleshooting and supporting digital advertising teams and systems is also required.

Compensation
The Base Salary range for this position is $116,380 - $174,570. DIRECTV's compensation structure is designed to be market-competitive and fully supports efforts to attract and retain employees.
