Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist management in the delivery and coordination of client services.
  • Guide field staff in ensuring high-quality home care.
  • Foster effective communication within the team while overseeing scheduling.
  • Ensure sound financial management by tracking key performance indicators (gross margin, overtime, unfilled hours, etc.).


Qualifications:

  • A four-year college degree is preferred but not mandatory (previous experience in healthcare, home care, or recruitment is advantageous).
  • A proven track record of strong interpersonal skills and achieving goals.
  • A desire to grow and progress beyond the current role.
  • Proficient PC and communication skills, including solid phone marketing and data entry capabilities.
