About the Role
As a Client Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of our inbound call center team, dedicated to ensuring that our clients receive their essential medications in a timely manner. This role is essential in supporting our specialty pharmacy customers and contributing to their health journeys.
Work Environment
This position is full-time, with a schedule from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM HST, Monday through Friday. While some flexibility for remote work is available, candidates must be prepared to work from our office.

Qualifications
- One year of experience in customer service or pharmacy

- Valid pharmacy technician license
