Position Summary:
ISN Corporation is seeking a dedicated full-time Recruiter. The primary responsibilities of the Recruiter include sourcing, recruiting, and screening candidates for various roles within ISN Corporation. The ideal candidate will possess experience in recruiting for positions within the government contracting sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive life cycle recruiting support in a high-volume environment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and organizational leaders to understand current and future staffing needs.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and manage the candidate database.
- Ensure compliance with EEO and ADA guidelines during the sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes.
- Conduct reference and background checks, assisting managers in evaluating applicant qualifications and selecting the most suitable candidates.
- Prepare and extend job offer packages to successful candidates, negotiating terms as necessary in conjunction with management.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, including orientation, and ensure timely processing of new-hire paperwork.
- Identify, attract, interview, and recommend candidates for all levels while adhering to company policies and equal employment opportunity (EEO) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines.
- Provide weekly status updates regarding open requisitions and recruiting activities to hiring managers and HR leadership.
- Analyze the current onboarding process to identify inefficiencies and enhance the candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for key positions, ensuring regular contact with potential future candidates.
- Track metrics and utilize data for Affirmative Action Plans (AAP).
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (required).
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience (with at least two years in government contracting).
- Strong interviewing skills to establish rapport with candidates and gather information for hiring decisions.
- Familiarity with recruiting techniques and employment policies, including EEO and ADA regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding employee information.
- Self-management skills and adaptability to changes, delays, or unexpected shifts in priorities while maintaining focus and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong customer service orientation and attention to detail are essential.
