As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality guest service, supervising all aspects of operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the hotel.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Maintain standards of quality guest service, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional treatment and service.
* Supervise and oversee all aspects of operations, including Engineering, Housekeeping, and F&B.
* Respond to and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.
* Manage the reservation function to maintain the highest possible room occupancy and average daily rate.
* Maintain and correct procedures for credit control, financial transactions, security of financial assets, and guest security.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase guest satisfaction and loyalty.

**Requirements:**

* Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
* Comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions.
* Exceptional mathematical and computer skills.
* CPR training and first aid training required.

**Physical Demands:**

* Minimum lifting of 20 pounds.
* Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
* Hearing, writing, typing.
* Minimum pulling of 20 pounds.
