Front Desk Liaison

Job Summary: We are seeking a Front Desk Representative to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and Route Calls: Handle incoming phone calls, answer inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Manage Appointments and Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Assist with Administrative Tasks: Handle clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents.
Maintain a Clean and Organized Reception Area: Ensure the front desk and lobby area are clean, tidy, and equipped with necessary office supplies.
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or Customer Service is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, phone systems).
