About the Location:
Our hotel is situated in the heart of downtown St. Louis, offering breathtaking views of the Mississippi River and the iconic Gateway Arch. Our urban oasis is the perfect blend of luxury and convenience, with plenty of amenities and activities to enjoy.

About the Front Desk Agent Role:
The Front Desk Agent is a vital part of our Front Office Team, responsible for ensuring our guests have a seamless arrival and departure experience. This high-profile role requires excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and a keen eye for detail. As the first and last impression of our hotel, the Front Desk Agent plays a critical role in creating a lasting impression on our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and register hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment.
  • Check guests out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill.
  • Respond to a wide variety of guest requests, assessing their needs and adding personal touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for night audit procedures of the front office.

What We're Looking For:
  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task.
  • Good problem-solving ability and proficiency in hotel property management systems.
  • Work authorization and fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is required.
  • The Front Desk Agent position requires continuous standing for 8 hours a day.
  • Previous hospitality experience in a similar role is ideal.
