As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the face of our service department, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. You will greet customers as they arrive, provide them with information about our services, manage technician schedules, and oversee service repairs and maintenance. Your role is crucial in guiding vehicle owners through the service process, and we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, including those with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the flow of the service lane, ensuring customers receive timely, courteous, and effective assistance.
  • Take charge of the customer experience by performing additional tasks that leave a positive impression.
  • Provide concierge-level support for all customer inquiries, whether in person or over the phone, to ensure they are well taken care of.
  • Inform customers about estimated service and repair costs, and clarify the details of service/repair invoices to ensure understanding.
  • Efficiently allocate work among technicians.
  • Conduct thorough re-delivery checks of customer vehicles, ensuring cleanliness and that all requested services have been completed on time.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
