Position Overview:


The Behavioral Support Technician will implement clinical skills training and behavior modification strategies based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for clients with Autism and related developmental disabilities in various settings, including home, clinic, community, and educational environments.

This role involves collecting clinical data on programs and assisting the BCBA and/or BCaBA with monitoring progress and conducting clinical preference assessments as required.


Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) intervention programs to children in diverse environments
• Observe and document the child's behavior
• Teach specific behavioral skills outlined in the treatment plan
• Participate in regular supervisory meetings with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Maintain clear communication and uphold professional boundaries

Qualifications:
• Must possess a RBT credential from the BACB

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Clean background check
• High levels of professionalism, including adherence to workplace conduct standards
• This role requires travel for training and reliable transportation to work sites.
• Ability to sit, stand, type, read, grasp, use a mouse, and write for 8+ hours per day
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs, run, kneel, stand, play, and more
• This position involves handling confidential client information and must comply with HIPAA regulations and company privacy policies.
• Completion of initial company-required training and annual training requirements.
• Adhere to all company policies regarding time off, cancellations, communication, etc.

Compensation:
• $25.00/hour for less than 1 year of experience with RBT credential and enrolled in BCBA/BCaBA program.

• $26.50/hour for 1 to 2 years of experience with RBT credential and enrolled in BCBA/BCaBA program.

• $27.50/hour for 3 to 4 years of experience with RBT credential and enrolled in BCBA/BCaBA program.

• $28.50/hour for over 5 years of experience with RBT credential and enrolled in BCBA/BCaBA program.
