About Us:

The Developmental Disabilities Resource Center (DDRC) is a recognized nonprofit organization dedicated to serving individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. We provide a variety of services, including early intervention therapies, family support, respite care, personal assistance, vocational training, and behavioral intervention.

Your Role as a Behavioral Support Technician:

  • Clinic-Based: In this role, you will be essential in delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA Therapy programs to our clients.

Working closely under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will provide intensive behavioral support through uninterrupted treatment sessions. Your commitment to attending training sessions and maintaining open communication with the BCBA will enhance the effectiveness of your supervision.

By diligently adhering to our billing practices, collecting session data, and crafting detailed session notes, you will contribute to the smooth delivery of therapy services to our clients. Your dedication to excellence in implementing these protocols will significantly influence the progress and well-being of those we serve.

Are You the Right Fit?

To thrive as a Behavioral Support Technician, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • A high school diploma (or equivalent) and current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in good standing.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis or working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
  • Proficiency in using Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience working with children is preferred.
  • Comfortable in a clinic environment.
  • A strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
  • Familiarity with interventions and teaching methods based on ABA principles, such as Discrete Trial Teaching (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET).
  • Willingness to receive and apply feedback from the clinic behavior analyst regularly.
