Procurement Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers and vendors. This role will oversee the implementation of our supply and production strategies, ensuring the highest quality goods and services are sourced at competitive prices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiating, and contracting.
- Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Evaluate and recommend suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and technical support.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts and vendor information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools, including ERP systems and contract management platforms.
