Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sourcing and category management strategies to achieve cost savings and improve procurement processes.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure best value for Maximus.
- Manage procurement expenditures and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and category management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, category management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Experience with procurement software and systems, such as Coupa or other Procurement Business Spend Platforms.

We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Annual salary range: $65,000 - $75,000
