Resort Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Resort Front Desk Associate to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
">Job Summary:This position involves handling guest check-ins and check-outs, responding to requests and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. You will also be responsible for managing reservations, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist guests with a warm smile, ensuring a positive first impression of the resort.
* Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
* Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly, providing solutions that exceed expectations.
* Manage room assignments and key cards, ensuring seamless access to rooms for guests.
* Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information or guest concerns.
Requirements:
* 6 months experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
* Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash, credit card transactions, and other financial duties.
