Job Title: SMB Account Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SMB Account Executive to join our team at InvoiceCloud. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and upselling to existing customers through prospecting, client referrals, and web leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of the InvoiceCloud platform and value proposition
  • Become proficient in the InvoiceCloud Sales tools and selling methodology
  • Develop relationships with existing Invoice Cloud partners and drive referrals from their base
  • Provide sales presentations and demos to prospective customers and clients
  • Create solutions for customer needs and consult through the sales process

What You'll Do in the First 30 Days:

  • Gain a complete understanding of the InvoiceCloud platform and value proposition
  • Become proficient in the InvoiceCloud Sales tools and selling methodology
  • Observe sales demonstrations conducted by current team members
  • Develop knowledge of current sales activities
  • Gain an understanding of the InvoiceCloud organizational structure
  • Review the sales pipeline and begin to gain an initial understanding of current opportunities

What You'll Do in the First 60 Days:

  • Work with the IC partnership managers to understand the current partner landscape and how InvoiceCloud leverages partnerships to drive new business
  • Master the sales pitch, overcoming common objections, and InvoiceCloud value proposition
  • Begin to generate business across a large account list within your territory
  • Manage your business in a timely and efficient manner
  • Complete all other on-boarding activities as required

What You'll Do in the First 120+ Days:

  • Closing new customer and add-on deals
  • Prospecting new deals
  • Meeting with partners
  • Developing opportunities
  • Celebrating successes

Requirements:

  • At least one year of prospecting experience in enterprise IT or software sales and/or one year of closing experience
  • Track record of achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with CRM software
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
