Senior Audit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Audit Manager to lead our Auto Dealership audit team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing audits, reviews, and compilations to provide exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the engagement team in planning and executing audits, reviews, and compilations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality services.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the audit engagement, including staffing, planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, financial reporting, and conclusion.
- Collaborate with engagement team seniors and supervisors to resolve client issues and provide recommendations on legal, regulatory, and accounting matters.
- Manage multiple engagements concurrently to meet client deadlines and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Develop and track engagement budgets to identify areas for improvement and optimize resource allocation.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA license.
- At least 6+ years of public accounting experience, with a proven track record of leading multiple engagements and supervising staff.
- Experience performing external audits on Auto Dealerships.
- Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including familiarity with US GAAP.
- Exceptional client service and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects.
- Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed based on client assignments.
