Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Resident Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, responding to their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring that their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct move-in orientations and follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve resident concerns and issues.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure that our services meet the highest standards.
- 1+ year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a residential or property management setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English is strongly preferred.
- Yardi experience is a plus.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
