Job Summary

The Bancorp Bank, N.A. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fintech Solutions Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Fintech Solutions division, you will be responsible for providing operational support for client programs by managing departmental processes in compliance with regulatory requirements.

This role involves collaboration with internal bank departments and external partners to facilitate support and maintain regulatory knowledge. Key responsibilities include conducting account reviews, making account adjustments, analyzing reports, and documenting activities to uphold the operational integrity of the Bank's partner programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor a variety of reports to identify exceptions, violations, and/or potential fraud.
  • Receive and log account inquiries and process account adjustments necessary to fulfill levies, garnishments, and various accountholder requests.
  • Review daily control reports to ensure card transactions and adjustments were processed correctly.
  • Process written correspondence received, including returned mail and written customer inquiries.
  • Perform account reviews as necessary to respond to account inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to address any identified account discrepancies effectively.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Fintech Solutions division to problem-solve client issues and inquiries.
  • Process card requests for the Retail Bank programs in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain highly accurate records, files, and timetables for future actions and follow-up activities.
Requirements
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Currently pursuing an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, and/or Business Administration.
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

  • Ability to take feedback and seek direction quickly.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Team player, able to work effectively in a team fostered, multi-tasking environment.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office suite, e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
  • Capable of quickly learning and navigating account screens on multiple systems.
