ServiceNow is seeking a seasoned Sr. Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in Florida. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model. Your primary focus will be on account planning, territory planning, researching prospect customers, and utilizing business development strategies to complete field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects, territory, or vertical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic relationships with C-suite personas across all product sales
  • Orchestrate account strategies and lead a broad virtual team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Provide trusted advisory services to customers, understanding their business needs and advising on how ServiceNow can help drive their IT roadmap
  • Identify and leverage specialist/support resources to bring into deals at the right time
Requirements
  • 10+ years of SLG/SLED sales experience in Florida, within software or solutions sales organizations
  • Proven track record of establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams
  • Experience producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy C-Level relationships
  • Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and our plans around IT
  • Experience promoting a customer success focus in a 'win as a team' environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% in-state
