  • Perform outbound calls to build relationships and grow business.
  • Open and close the branch and member service lines, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Administer cross-training programs for branch employees, promoting growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date on all Credit Union products and services, making informed recommendations to members.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous Customer Service Experience
  • Knowledge of Consumer Lending and Financial Products
  • Proficient Computer Skills
