About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Tailored Brands Inc. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers, build relationships, and provide personalized service to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers and meet their needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote teamwork, and foster a positive work environment
  • Assist with visual merchandising, store displays, and other sales floor projects to maintain a visually appealing and engaging store environment
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless customer service
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet sales goals
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the role
