  • Support the creation and oversight of budgets, actively monitoring spending and conducting variance analyses.
  • Maintain the accuracy and reliability of financial records by implementing effective internal controls and adhering to accounting standards.
  • Help coordinate and prepare for both internal and external audits, ensuring all necessary documentation is compiled and audit inquiries are addressed.
  • Conduct thorough financial analyses to uncover trends, variances, and potential areas for cost reduction and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with various departments to collect financial data and assist in strategic decision-making initiatives.
  • Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of financial systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA certification or progress towards it is advantageous.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, or a similar capacity.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and budgeting methodologies.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and accounting tools.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail and precision.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting financial data clearly and effectively.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Experience with financial audits and regulatory compliance is preferred.
