Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new business applications and maintain accurate records
  • Order and stock marketing materials, including brochures and applications
  • Respond to incoming client service calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Update and review our database/CRM to reflect account status and new business
  • Maintain an organized and compliant filing system
  • Follow up on pending business and communicate updates to clients
  • Assist Advisors with pre-appointment preparation and client review summaries
  • Manage new business submissions and reporting
  • Support Advisors with client reports and mailings
  • Participate in educational workshops and client events as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in the financial industry
  • 3+ years working alongside a Financial Advisor in a fast-paced office environment
  • Texas Life Insurance & Securities License(s) preferred
  • Proficiency in MacOS

What We Offer:

$45K-$60K compensation package, depending on previous experience

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm schedule
