**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with the leadership team to evaluate business performance and provide financial insights and recommendations.
* Build and maintain financial models to assess the impact of new initiatives and growth strategies.
* Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results to forecasts and identify key drivers and provide actionable recommendations for course correction.
* Provide in-depth analysis of key business metrics and identify trends and opportunities that inform financial strategy and help prioritize business initiatives.
* Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate financial insights to the executive team and other key stakeholders.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with operational goals and ensure financial integrity and alignment across the business.

**Requirements:**

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, financial analysis, private equity, or a related field, with a strong focus on financial modeling and business forecasting.
* Demonstrated ability to build financial models that inform decision-making and drive strategic business outcomes.
* Strong understanding of financial metrics and performance indicators, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
* Experience conducting variance analysis and developing financial forecasts for fast-paced, high-growth companies.
* Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize initiatives based on their financial impact and business potential.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to both financial and non-financial audiences.
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
