Intiva Health is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team in Austin. This role will be responsible for managing all accounting procedures to ensure the overall financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all accounting procedures and processes, including maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledgers for consistent bookkeeping and budgetary analysis.
- Ensure overall financial compliance by examining tax policies, managing tax payments/returns, and preparing for audits based on regional and industry-specific regulations.
- Provide general financial guidance by interfacing confidentially with leadership and clients to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- Strong math skills and deep knowledge of accounting principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle information confidentially.
- Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
- Proven experience meeting regular deadlines.
