Position Overview:
We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Leadership Development Manager to ensure our managers function at their highest potential.

This role encompasses providing coaching, training, and support to managers and their teams, driving essential strategies, addressing daily challenges, and promoting leadership development at all levels within Special Products & Mfg. Inc.


Key Responsibilities:

Maximize Manager Potential:
Deliver coaching and training to managers to guarantee their success. Assist managers' teams in executing key strategies and resolving daily challenges.

Leadership Development:
Promote leadership development at all tiers within Special Products & Mfg. Inc. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with managers and supervisors to align on priorities, obstacles, and needs.

Strategic Alignment:
Ensure the organization's processes, systems, metrics, and strategic planning actions are on course. Hold managers accountable for the execution and maintenance of Strategic Plan actions.

Organizational Effectiveness:
Uphold organizational effectiveness through accountability, recognition, and corrective measures. Address and resolve concerns and issues promptly.

Process Improvement:
Collaborate with managers to ensure departmental processes are adhered to, maintained, communicated, and continuously enhanced.

Team Building:
Cultivate a robust team of managers and develop bench strength to bridge gaps. Identify and nurture potential future leaders.
Leadership Team Member

Accountable for managing the HR team, overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR compliance.


Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in leadership development and management coaching.
Strong comprehension of organizational processes and strategic planning.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to hold individuals accountable and drive performance.
Experience in resolving issues and implementing corrective actions.
Commitment to fostering a positive organizational culture.
