Position Overview:
We are in search of a proactive and seasoned Leadership Development Manager to ensure our managers perform at their peak capabilities.

This position entails offering coaching, training, and support to managers and their teams, driving essential strategies, addressing daily challenges, and promoting leadership development across all levels within Special Products & Mfg. Inc.


Key Responsibilities:

Maximize Manager Potential:
Provide coaching and training to managers to facilitate their success. Assist managers' teams in executing key strategies and resolving daily challenges.

Leadership Development:
Promote leadership growth at all levels within the organization. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with managers and supervisors to align on priorities, challenges, and requirements.

Strategic Alignment:
Ensure that the organization's processes, systems, metrics, and strategic planning initiatives are on course. Hold managers accountable for the execution and upkeep of Strategic Plan initiatives.

Organizational Effectiveness:
Sustain organizational effectiveness through accountability, recognition, and corrective measures. Address and resolve concerns and issues promptly.

Process Improvement:
Collaborate with managers to ensure departmental processes are adhered to, maintained, communicated, and continuously enhanced.

Team Building:
Develop a robust team of managers and cultivate bench strength to fill potential gaps. Identify and nurture future leadership talent.
Leadership Team Member

Oversee the HR team, managing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR compliance.


Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in leadership development and management coaching.
Strong grasp of organizational processes and strategic planning.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to hold individuals accountable and drive performance.
Experience in resolving issues and implementing corrective actions.
Commitment to fostering a positive organizational culture.
