Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure the organization's financial stability and growth.
- Oversee the management of financial resources, including investments, cash flow, and risk management.
- Lead the development and implementation of information technology strategies to support the organization's operations and goals.
- Collaborate with the CEO and Board of Directors to develop and implement organizational strategies and policies.
- Supervise and manage a team of financial and administrative staff to ensure the effective delivery of financial and administrative services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including funders, foundations, and partners.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business.
- At least five years of experience in a senior financial leadership role.
- Proven track record of financial management and leadership experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
- CPA certification.
- Experience in IT operations management.
- Experience in commercial construction project management.
