Reports to: Buss Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Culver City Chevrolet. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including preparing job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate records and reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain employee relations policies and procedures.
- Provide support for employee benefits administration, including open enrollment and COBRA administration.
- Assist with employee communications, including creating and distributing company-wide announcements and newsletters.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Working Conditions:
The HR Administrator will work in a fast-paced office environment with frequent interruptions. The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
