Job Title: Representative - Customer Service

At Wesco International, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Representative - Customer Service to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely solutions to their problems.
  • Problem Resolution: Analyze customer service needs and refer to other departments as necessary to ensure effective resolution.
  • Communication: Communicate solutions and requested information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Support: Provide backup support to the sales counter with walk-in and telephone inquiries.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Degree or Equivalent required; Associates' Degree (U.S.)/College Diploma (Canada) preferred.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills: Solid interpersonal skills, effective communication, ability to work well under pressure, strong attention to detail, and ability to deal with people sensitively and professionally.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and email.
