Customer Service Representative Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Wesco International. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues
* Analyze customer service needs and refer to other departments as necessary to ensure seamless resolution
* Process payments for cash account customers and provide support with sales counter inquiries
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions

**Requirements**

* High School Degree or Equivalent required
* 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email
