Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate all equipment to ensure efficient and safe food preparation.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare products to standards, ensuring high-quality pizzas for our customers.
  • Receive and process telephone orders, communicating effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork, maintaining accurate records.
  • Clean equipment and facility, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Develop strong communication skills to comprehend and provide correct written instructions, as well as verbal and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Perform mathematical calculations accurately and quickly, using a calculator if necessary.
  • Make correct monetary change, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Use motor coordination to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed, handling equipment and ingredients.
  • Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lift at least 40-50lbs, meeting the physical demands of the role.
