- Education: High School Degree or Equivalent required; Associates' Degree (U.S.)/College Diploma (Canada) preferred.
- Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
- Skills: Solid interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, strong attention to detail, and ability to deal with people sensitively and professionally.
