About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Wesco International. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Problem Resolution: Analyze customer problems and provide solutions or escalate to other departments as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure their needs are met.
  • Team Support: Provide backup support to sales counter and other departments as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Degree or Equivalent required; Associates' Degree (U.S.)/College Diploma (Canada) preferred.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Skills: Solid interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, strong attention to detail, and ability to deal with people sensitively and professionally.
