About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at First National Bank. As a key member of our Retail branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective assistance to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teller Operations: Process a variety of transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account openings, with minimal errors.
  • Account Management: Open new accounts, certificates of deposit, and other products offered by the Bank, ensuring that proper paperwork is completed and entered on the computer system.
  • Problem-Solving: Handle customer questions or concerns, determining if Supervisor input is necessary, and providing solutions to resolve issues.
  • Branch Functions: Perform daily branch functions, such as processing night deposits and mail, balancing and servicing the ATM, and may be responsible for Bank opening and/or closing.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalency required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Prior Teller experience and basic knowledge of relevant banking regulations preferred.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and basic math skills.
