Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a key part in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings. You'll work closely with clients and vendors to ensure each event runs smoothly and meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute events from inception to completion, ensuring all details are managed effectively.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for each event.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and invoiced accurately.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and services.

  • Conduct site visits to assess venue suitability and logistics.
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring high-quality standards throughout the process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an event coordinator or in related roles.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and innovate event themes.
