Apple presents a remarkable opportunity for a skilled and experienced Engineering Program Manager focused on Platform Integration, delivering silicon solutions to Apple's Data Centers that support Apple Intelligence's Private Cloud Compute.
We are in search of a seasoned EPM who can effectively adapt and influence within Apple's fast-paced environment, guiding a high-quality, well-coordinated effort among SoC/SW/System teams from the initial SoC concept through system integration and deployment in the data center.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Platform Integration EPM, you will leverage your technical expertise to collaborate with key decision-makers across various functional teams.
Facilitate regular weekly meetings where multi-functional teams can discuss issues, blockers, and risks, and propose mitigation strategies. Work diligently behind the scenes to ensure that the issues raised in these forums are consistently addressed and receive the necessary attention to reach resolutions.
Collect insights from the different teams involved during the concept phase of the SoCs, comprehend the various platforms they are designed for, the architectural trade-offs made, and the gaps identified during the initial definition phase.
Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure that the intentions established during the concept and definition phases are seamlessly carried through from SoC concept to Product Architecture to Product Launch.
Work closely with Platform/System Architects to understand product and feature decisions, manage platform integration efforts, and resolve issues.Minimum Qualifications:
BS degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
Experience in the design and validation of SoC/Systems Hardware.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior hands-on experience as an Engineer and/or EPM in Data Centers.
Understanding of client workloads and their connection in both pre-silicon and post-silicon environments.
Ability to excel in an ambiguous environment and develop processes that are valuable and consistent.
Exceptional critical thinking skills and strong networking abilities are essential for success at Apple.
Outstanding multitasking capabilities with the ability to adapt to resets and changes in a time-sensitive environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
At Apple, base salary is one component of our comprehensive compensation package and is determined within a specified range.
The base salary range for this position is between $165,500 and $293,800, with actual salary depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.Employees may be eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
