We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to contribute to our mission of delivering cutting-edge Apple products.Apple presents a unique opportunity for an experienced and skilled Engineering Program Manager (EPM) focused on Platform Integration, specifically in delivering silicon solutions for our Data Centers that support Apple Intelligence's Private Cloud Compute.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned EPM capable of effectively navigating Apple's fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality collaboration among SoC, Software, and System teams from the initial SoC concept through to system integration and deployment in the data center.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Platform Integration EPM, leverage your technical expertise to collaborate with key stakeholders across various functional teams.
- Facilitate regular forums to discuss issues, blockers, and risks, while proposing effective mitigation strategies and ensuring that discussions remain focused and productive.
- Collect insights from diverse teams during the SoC concept phase, understanding the various platforms and architectural decisions made, as well as any initial gaps identified.
- Work closely with onboarding teams to ensure seamless transitions from SoC concept to Product Architecture and ultimately to Product Shipment.
- Collaborate with Platform and System Architects to comprehend product and feature choices, manage integration efforts, and resolve issues efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in the design and validation of SoC and Systems Hardware.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience as an Engineer or EPM within Data Center environments.
- Familiarity with client workloads and their relevance in both pre-silicon and post-silicon contexts.
- Ability to excel in ambiguous situations and develop valuable, consistent processes.
- Exceptional critical thinking and networking skills are essential for success at Apple.
- Outstanding multitasking capabilities with the agility to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
At Apple, base pay is just one component of our comprehensive compensation package, which is determined within a range based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800.
Employees also have the opportunity to participate in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs, including restricted stock unit awards and discounted stock purchases through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.In addition to competitive pay, you will receive benefits such as:
