Apple presents a unique opportunity for a skilled and experienced Engineering Program Manager focused on Platform Integration, delivering silicon solutions to support Apple Intelligence's Private Cloud Compute within our Data Centers.
We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager who can effectively navigate and influence within Apple's fast-paced environment, guiding a high-quality, well-coordinated effort among SoC/SW/System teams from the concept phase of SoCs through to system integration and deployment in the data center.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Platform Integration Program Manager, you will leverage your technical expertise to collaborate with key stakeholders across various functional teams.
Facilitate regular weekly meetings where multi-functional teams can identify issues, blockers, and risks, while proposing solutions and ensuring that discussions are productive and focused on achieving resolutions.
Collect insights from diverse teams involved in the SoC concept phase, comprehend the various platforms they are designed for, and understand the architectural trade-offs and gaps identified during the initial definition phase.
Work closely with onboarding teams to ensure that the vision established during the concept and definition stages is seamlessly carried through from SoC concept to Product Architecture and ultimately to Product Launch.
Collaborate with Platform/System Architects to grasp product and feature decisions, manage platform integration efforts, and resolve issues effectively.Minimum Qualifications:
BS degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
Experience in the design and validation of SoC/Systems Hardware.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience as an Engineer or Program Manager in Data Centers.
Understanding of client workloads and their connection in both pre-silicon and post-silicon environments.
Ability to excel in an ambiguous setting and develop processes that are valuable and consistent.
Exceptional critical thinking skills and strong networking abilities are essential for success at Apple.
Outstanding multitasking capabilities with the agility to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
At Apple, base salary is just one component of our comprehensive compensation package, which is determined within a range.
The base salary range for this position is between $165,500 and $293,800, with your specific salary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.Employees are also eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
